Field Service Technician

Performs onsite field service activities by installing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs. Typically handles routine products and problems able to perform these tasks without supervision, getting direction from higher-level technicians on more complex problems. Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities, and represent the company in professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing and testing customers equipment
- Responding quickly and efficiently to service calls/PMs/Installs
- Interacting with our customers and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional way
- Provides training to the customers when needed
**Requirements**:
- Should be able read electrical and mechanical drawing
- Trade school diploma or college diploma preferred
- Able to create alternative solutions to problems
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Basic electrical/electronic, mechanical and computer knowledge
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Field Service Technician: 2 years (required)
