**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing Duties_:

- Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Nest materials to reduce waste.
- Research deals and suppliers.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Coordinate freight and delivery of items to the shop and job sites.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain detailed purchasing records and reports
- Reception & Administrative Duties:_
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate facility-related needs.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Plan monthly staff events and help host.
- Maintain the filing system.
- Update and maintain purchasing policies and procedures.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Customer service.
- High School diploma required; post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is an asset.
- Prior reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
