Kingston, Canada Holiday Inn Express Kingston West Full time

At the Brand New Holiday Inn Express Kingston West off Gardiners Road Close to the Invista Centre. A room attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of guestrooms and hallways. This position reports directly to the House Keeping Manager and General Manager.

**Essential Duties**:

- Change bedding
- Clean showers, tubs, sinks
- Removing and replacing used guest amenities and trash
- Vacuum and clean floors
- Report lost and found items, maintenance problems, etc. to supervisor
- Change all linens in guest rooms that have been occupied
- Provide information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, etc. as necessary
- Prepare rooms for guest arrival
- Respond to guest special requests as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Must be able to work as a team with other housekeepers
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
