**The Role**:
We are looking for an excellent team player with 4* characteristics and experience. As a server/bartender in our food and beverage outlets, you are expected to exceed guest expectations and maximize food and beverage revenue each and every shift. You will achieve excellence by providing your guests with efficient and friendly service.

**Job duties**:
Reporting to the Restaurant Leadership Team, the primary responsibilities are:

- Greeting and providing exceptional guest service to our guests while creating an amazing guest experience.
- Fulfilling all servers’ bar orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, bar tools, and surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies, keep track of popular drinks and plan for inventory replenishment.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and process payments on the POS system.
- You will be tasked to serve tables, run food and assist in the overall operation of the outlet.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and always follow through with all tasks with a strong drive to succeed
- Take part in daily Bar-Prep, assisting in crafting our house made syrups and garnishes.

**Employment Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment
- Have a valid ProServe certification
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing quality.
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays and evenings.
