**About the Position**:
In the role of a Promotions Associate, you personify the essence of brand interactions. You serve as the catalyst for engaging conversations with passersby and event attendees, sparking brand interest through your adept communication that gauges perceptions and ignites excitement. Your responsibilities extend to forging authentic connections with local consumers and sharing brand narratives that resonate and convey product essence. Furthermore, you will drive impactful promotions, special offers, and interactive activities, leaving indelible impressions on potential customers. Your role also encompasses gathering valuable insights from consumers for post-event analysis and shaping future strategies. Moreover, you will embody the represented brands, aligning your energy and passion with their values, thus becoming an authentic brand ambassador.

In this role, you amplify brand narratives and create dynamic brand experiences. Your harmonious communication, connection forging, promotion prowess, feedback curation, and brand embodiment all contribute to an engaging brand journey.

**Qualifications**:

- While not obligatory, an educational background or credentials in marketing or business could prove beneficial.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous, including roles in retail sales, call centres, food service, hospitality, or reception.
- Eligibility for employment in Canada is required.
- Applicants must be at least 19 years old.
