**We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications**:
**Every day, you’ll collaborate with various teams at MCRC to provide user Salesforce support and problem solving. You will work alongside the Director, Communication and Information Systems to**:

- Manage multiple user setup, profiles, roles, security model and permissions, fields, record types, page, layouts, and sharing rules.
- Support new functionality for Salesforce platform and understand CRM processes.
- Work with declarative features like creating workflow rules, flows, approval processes, process builder, escalation rules and assignment rules for complex business process automation.
- Manage multiple user setup, profiles, roles, security model and permissions, fields, record types, page, layouts, and sharing rules.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and document system issues.
- Provide recommendations and work on solutions and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
- Assist with ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
- Assist with data migration and data cleanup when required.
- Support onboarding of new employees from a technical perspective.
- Create reports and dashboards for users.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce release features.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
