**Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.**
- Coordinate the Cloud and Infra team within the Technologies division.
- Coordinate the DevOps and Automation team within the Technologies division.
- Coordinate introduction of new technologies with operational teams.
- Track project progression and provide report.
- Manage resource capacity.
- Act as escalation point when there are issues, document and handle the situation with architects and director of technologies.
- Ensure proper time tracking, capacity management and planning.
- Participate in new service implementations.
- Identify inefficiencies and document feature requests to automate standard operations procedures.
- Provide feedback on product feature requests to the product team and work with them on backlog grooming.
- Work with the development, operations, and product team to ensure successful releases and continuity of solutions.

- 2 years of experience in IT projects implementation and delivery.
- Experience in managing development and/or operational teams is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge of VMware, Azure and/or AWS is an asset.
- Agile-related knowledge and certifications is an asset.
- Knowledge of tools like Monday, Jira, Asana, ClickUp is an asset.
- Strong documentation skills and analytic thinking are essentials.
- You have a thirst for learning and a definite interest in the field of technology.
- You value teamwork, you demonstrate leadership and exercise a positive influence on the work teams with which you collaborate.
- You are competitive, results-oriented and capable of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies.
