**We’re looking for a full-time retail associate who gets what we’re building**:

- You know what a “journal spread,” “washi layering,” or a well-designed sticker set feels like
- You follow (or vibe with) aesthetic trends like Y2K, pastelcore, or Kpop
- You care about tiny things: textures, display balance, mood lighting, color rhythm
- You thrive in structured systems and enjoy working with well-documented SOPs
- You take pride in making people feel good through thoughtful, cute, and creative experiences

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Customer service, POS operation, and daily shop activities
- Visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive, on-brand store layout
- Supporting customers with light DIY personalization or curated gift selections
- Following structured SOPs to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Full-time only
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to lift and move boxes or inventory when needed (up to ~20 kg)
- A valid driver’s license is a plus (for occasional off-site errands or pickups)
- Prior retail experience is helpful but not required—we prioritize culture fit and visual sensitivity
