**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**

One of the things we are most known for is our amenities that we offer our guests and more in particular our “Barista Service”. Our Barista is responsible for making one of the many refreshments we offer and creating memorable guests experience with our dealership.

**We are looking for a superstar to fill out Saturday Barista shift 8:30am - 5pm with the potential to also pick up some afternoon and evening shifts.**Function with integrity, honesty and service that reflects the culture of Lexus of Royal Oak.- Host our guests, responding to their general questions and providing Barista service.- Provide quality beverages adhering to presentation, health, safety and sanitation standards.- Contribute to a positive environment by constantly anticipating guest and team needs.- Communicate information to the Management team regarding changes in Guest satisfaction.- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high demand.- Provide phone support for our Service Department as guest traffic permits.Additional duties assigned.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**:
- The desire to provide a high level of customer service.- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.- Upbeat and engaging demeanour towards customers and staff.- Strong communication skills- Ability to make guests feel welcome.- Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.- Loves a fast-paced environment.
