We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Wabush store

Your challenge at Air Liquide
- Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs.
- Receives and processes customer orders
- Organizes the display of products in the store
- Process and confirm delivery slips.
- Communicates with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishing.
- Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs
- Plan routes for delivery and follow ALC's safety policies diligently
- Get to know our customer base both on the front line and making deliveries, learn about our products and mentor from our Outside Sales Team and Managers to grow your advancement opportunities
- Cylinder and hardgoods delivery.

**Competencies and Profile**

Who we are looking for:

- Industrial experience, customer service or sales of welding or industrial products
- Knowledge of welding processes and products (is an asset)
- Excellent (written and oral) French communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Secondary diploma
- Class 5 license, clean driver's abstract (Class 3 is an asset)
- A positive attitude and customer service focus
- Forklift experience would be an asset as well
- Ability to lift 50lbs
