**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct interior demolition tasks according to project specifications, including the removal of walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures.
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for demolition work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Efficiently frame interior structures using both wood and steel studs, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements and alignment.
- Collaborate with the lead carpenter to interpret project blueprints and follow instructions for framing layouts and designs.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and tools required for demolition and framing activities, ensuring adequate supplies are available for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials generated during demolition and framing processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to provide updates on progress, challenges, and any additional support needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in interior demolition and framing, with a minimum of [X years] in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in both wood and steel stud framing techniques, including knowledge of appropriate tools and materials for each type of framing.
- Ability to interpret project blueprints, follow instructions, and execute framing layouts accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations related to construction work preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read, write, speak English.

**Salary **$62,400 annually
