**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and promote the HSE concepts to all CAM Industrial Solutions employees which includes near miss reporting, observation/intervention audits, housekeeping audits, and personal safety attitudes.
- Ensure compliance with all Corporate, Regulatory and Client policies, rules, and procedures for all CAM Industrial Solutions activities on site.
- Interface with company and client management to ensure that project support functions operate within company standard practice and procedures and contract provisions.
- Develop annual fiscal budgets for the site and stewards to budgets with monthly fiscal reporting and review.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company and client’s interest.
- Manage procurement and subcontract administration functions of the project and ensures these functions are performed per company standards.
- Develop KPI targets with client management and guides site teams to meet targets.
- Create and promote a continuous improvement culture amongst the CAM Industrial Solutions site teams, by assisting site leadership in identifying opportunities and developing initiatives.
- Lead monthly or quarterly stewardship meetings with client management team to review KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintains an effective and efficient communications system among project staff team and client to ensure an accurate and timely flow of information in accordance with the project requirements.
- Ensure performance management of employees is applied in a fair and consistent manner.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Secure and maintains a quality workforce, abiding by the terms and conditions of labour agreements, respecting maintenance generally and to the plant location; assure labour stability by resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Coach, mentor and supervise the various department managers and superintendents on site in the fulfilment of their assigned duties.
- Develop succession plans for senior site leadership positions and ensure plans are being developed and implemented across all other lines of supervision / management.
- Seek opportunities to engage the services of other CAM Industrial Solutions companies and affiliates to the benefit of the Owner and their operations, thereby providing the full-service capability, new products, and enhanced methodologies of the Corporation.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in managing and leading turnaround projects, with experience overseeing teams of 80 to 400 skilled craft workers.
- 10 years managing an industrial maintenance worksite. Applicable post-secondary degree or trade certification with experience in heavy industrial maintenance (oil and gas).
- Experience in managing construction/maintenance in a multi-trade union environment.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods).
- Thorough knowledge of craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- $156,000-$166,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive program.
