What You’ll Do

Tesla est à la recherche d’un peintre pour carrosserie dans le but de travailler sur l’une des marques de véhicules les plus novatrices au monde. Cette position implique de soutenir le programme de réparation de carrosserie à tous égards.
Responsabilités
Application au pistolet de haute qualité des couches primaires, apprêts d’impression, couches de base et enduits lustrés.
Pulvérisation jusqu'à 6 ordres de réparation (entièrement préparés) par jour (2 carénages, 1 projet à 6 panneaux, 3 projets de 2 ou 3 panneaux) dans une baie.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de préparation et d’autres peintres pour répondre aux exigences du travail en équipe.
Fusionnement transparent de la couche de base.
Application en 2 ou 3 niveaux.

What You’ll Bring
- Exigences
Un à deux ans d’expérience dans la réfection de véhicules dans un environnement de réparation automobile utilisant des systèmes de réfection à base d’uréthane.
Licence 410N
Possibilité d’atteindre des finitions par pulvérisation avec peu ou pas de saleté avec un brillant et une texture homogènes qui correspondent à la finition d’origine sans avoir besoin de poncer et polir.
Volonté de faire des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire.
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent; certificat délivré par un établissement de formation professionnelle en réparation de collision est préférable.
Permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience de conduite et assurable.
Capable de lire et de comprendre les procédures de réparation automobile.
Expérience dans l’utilisation et l’entretien d’une grande variété d’outils manuels et électriques, d’outils d'atelier et d’équipement de test.
Doit être disposé à former d’autres personnes
Doit être à l’aise de travailler dans un atelier de carrosserie
Il est âgé de 18 ans et plus.
