**Job Description**:

- Complete outdoor / yard cleanup in all weather conditions (use of forklift required)
- Assist with snow removal, salting entry and walkways
- Wash and clean trucks, forklifts, and machinery
- Organize and clean wash bay
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris
- Operate a floor scrubbing machine, removing coolant, oil and debris
- Working at heights - washing cranes, bay doors, storage areas, windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Collect waste and recycling from the yard, shop floor and other holding areas and dispose in appropriate outdoor bins/compactors
- Place recycled cardboard in compactor and run compactor throughout the day
- Assist with additional custodial duties when required such as:

- Emptying trash cans and other waste containers from lunchrooms, offices, etc.
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Mop, clean and sanitize washrooms, lunchroom, and the kitchenettes, including high touch-points in the facility such as door knobs, light switches, etc.
- Distribute paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in washrooms
- Maintain an inventory of sanitary and custodial supplies

Skills & Experience
- Industrial cleaning experience
- Experienced with forklift operation
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to work outdoors in all weather environments
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Set high standards of performance for yourself, be responsible and accountable for successfully completing tasks on time
