**Position Summary**

The shuttle driver is a part of the Client Relations Team of Passenger and Ramp Service agents. Primarily responsible for the safe transportation of passengers from the Vancouver Heliport on a specified drop off route in downtown Vancouver. Providing a high-level of customer service, the Driver is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and able to discuss the products that Helijet has to offer.

**Job Duties**
- Safely operate the Helijet courtesy shuttle
- Responsible for greeting guests at the shuttle upon landing.
- Aid guests in entering and exiting the shuttle, and ensure all guests follow passenger regulations
- Provide information on Helijet and services
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and ensure company vehicles are in good working condition
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Property upkeep (e.g. parking lot sweep, some ground maintenance, tidying passenger lounge)
- Other related duties as assigned by the Station Manager of the Vancouver Heliport.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- **Valid BC Class 4 Unrestricted Driver’s Licence and clean driver’s abstract**:

- Knowledge of the Vancouver downtown area
- Ability to transfer luggage in and out of the shuttle, ranging up to 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
