**What will you work on?**

As a Summer Intern in the Mergers and Acquisitions (MA) Integration team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Integrations in the strategic incorporation of supply chain operation synergies. This position is designed to contribute towards achieving cost savings and enhancing revenue synergies through meticulous integration efforts. You will be involved in a Project Management Office (PMO) style project, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamics of MA integrations on a large scale. You will be asked to collaborate with a broad cross section of individuals from various departments, while you contribute your creativity and problem-solving skills across multiple projects

**How will you create impact?**
- Assist in the development and execution of integration plans for MA activities, focusing on supply chain operations.
- Support the analysis and identification of cost-saving opportunities and revenue synergies in post-merger integration processes.
- Contribute to project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations, systems, and cultures.
- Prepare and present reports on integration progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in meetings and workshops, providing valuable input and feedback on integration strategies.
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of integration processes and best practices.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Available for hybrid work model, 3 days per week in office
- Must be able to work full-time as an intern Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft is preferred
