Lead Carpenter

**The Role**
We're looking for a **Lead Carpenter** who is highly skilled, dependable, and takes pride in their work. As a team leader on the job site, you'll oversee day-to-day carpentry tasks, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure our high standards are upheld throughout every phase of the build.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead framing, trim, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Direct and mentor crew members on-site
- Maintain quality control and site safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of carpentry experience (including supervisory roles)
- Deep knowledge of residential construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Own tools and reliable transportation

Pay: $32.50-$39.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
