**Your typical day at work**:
As a **_Outbound Sales Associate_**, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services. You will:
- Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers
- Upsell and add on products and services that fits with the customers’ needs
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
- Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets
**You would be a great fit if you have**:
- Experience working in a call center, specifically in an outbound sales role
- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Experience following a script
- The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Open availability to work within hours of operation:_ Monday to Friday 12PM- 9 PM EST and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm EST_
- The ability to connect computer directly to modem with an ethernet cord while working
**Recruitment process**:
- First interview with member of Talent Acquistion team on Zoom
- Second interview with Operations Manager on Zoom
- Equipment deployment on site at our Toronto location (1920 Yonge St.) on designated day prior to training (Must be able to carry and transport desktop PC)
- Attend day one training on Zoom from comfort of your home
- Please note: All documents sent from HR must be completed to be scheduled for equipment deployment and to begin training_
