We are currently looking for a **Store Manager **for our store located in Sherway Gardens

With over 88 sizes, we specialize in bra fittings. We provide one on one service to our customers and offer fashionable products to fit everyone’s body type.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager. The primary role of the Store Manager. is:

- Focus on delivering the necessary business results
- Leadership and coaching on the sales floor
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Ensuring visual presentation follows CHANGE corporate standards

The manager must direct and motivate their team to provide excellent customer service that meets the Change Lingerie standards. The manager's objectives are to maximize sales and productivity, to ensure efficient execution in accordance with company policies and procedures, and to maintain a pleasant and positive environment for both clients and staff. The manager is responsible for the personal development of each of their employees while focusing on teamwork. Managers are expected to sell and lead by example, demonstrating excellent sales and people skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
