Sagard develops long-term partnerships and empowers the growth of its investments through a unique global network of portfolio companies, limited partners, advisors, and other valued relationships. **Position Overview**: **Responsibilities**: - Manage technical support and setup questions for all Sagard staff and offices, and perform advanced troubleshooting - Oversee and maintain all on-premise hardware, devices and workstations in the Toronto office while providing ad-hoc onsite assistance as well as debugging and resolving potential issues - Provide ad-hoc assistance (both remote and onsite) to other offices and remote employees - Perform full lifecycle management of all hardware and software - Maintain an accurate and up to date IT asset inventory of software and hardware - Administer all cloud-based software systems (i.e. system updates, account creation, group configuration, platform customization/configuration) on enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Zoom, 1Password, Freshservice, Slack, etc; - Manage the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees through the setup and (de)provisioning of devices, as well as training programs - Keep up to date on new IT developments through online research and courses - Track IT metrics and dashboards; reporting performance results to management **Requirements**: - Minimum of one year of experience in an IT support role (or other relevant experience) - Postsecondary diploma or degree (or 2+ years of equivalent work experience) - Occasional travel may be required to our other offices per business needs - Strong proficiency in English - Occasional work required outside of standard business hours **What we're looking for**: - Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and discretion - Strong interpersonal, negotiation and other communication skills - Superior analytical skills, sound judgment and good business sense - Strong work ethic and ability to multitask, manage stress during periods of intense activity, and handle a wide array of projects and tasks - Flexibility and eagerness to learn about new technologies and skills - Self-starter, reliable, efficient, proactive, organized, creative and detail oriented - Ability to work well both autonomously and as a team player - Thrives in a non-hierarchical work environment where internal clients may range from senior management to junior analysts Sagard is an equal opportunity employer, which values diversity in the workplace.
