**Auto Body Technician**

Xtreme Truck & Body Inc. is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to work with Edmonton’s one-stop heavy truck collision and paint shop. **Duties & Responsibilities**

  • Review damage estimates
  • Remove and replace damaged vehicle panels and parts including frame components
  • Repair damaged panels and frame components
  • Hammer out dents, buckles and defects
  • Weld replacement panels
  • Inspect repaired vehicles
  • Replace front-end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components
  • File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Remove damaged panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams

**Qualification**

  • Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment safely.
  • Ability to follow the direction of a direct supervisor.
  • Must work well with others and be able to adjust to multiple settings and personalities.
  • Proficient in planning workload in a time-efficient manner.
  • Must be able to present yourself in a positive, professional manner to colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, managers, customers and the public.
  • Ability to define problems, collects and analyze data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
