**Join the Mobil Grain Team as a Facility Assistant at our Eston, SK Location**

Mobil Grain is a family-founded company, owned by GCM Grosvenor & Bluejay Capital Partners. We are owners and operators of two Saskatchewan shortlines—Last Mountain Railway (85 miles) and Big Sky Rail Corp (250 miles). Mobil also owns and operates 9 bulk facilities that serve local producers along its shortlines. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Facility Assistant, to support our operations and help drive success in receiving, processing, and shipping grain and special crops.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect grain samples for quality analysis
- Efficiently prepare, weigh, and load railcars and trucks for shipment
- Handle shipping documentation and maintain grain samples
- Receive and accurately record products, noting any quality issues, damages, or shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized facility through housekeeping and warehouse tasks

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Previous experience with grain and/or special crops is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and proactive work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Independent self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working with mínimal supervision
