Rebar Worker

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Works in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations; as well as the Company Health and Safety Responsibilities and Accountabilities.

2. Work with more skilled rebar workers and become familiar with all aspects of cutting, bending and tying rebar for all company products.

3. All Aspects of cutting, bending and tying rebar for all standard products.

4. Welding of rebar cages as required.

5. Effective operation and setup of the Bender.

6. Cages set up using jigs.

7. Optimization rebar cuts for mínimal crop and works together with Lead Hands to minimize wasted material.

8. Must be flexible to work weekday and Saturday overtime when needed.

**Professional Experience & Qualifications**

1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

2. Possesses basic understanding of ISO, CSA

3. Pursue internal training: forklift, propane, lean, quality, OSHA.

4. Knows procedures and work instructions related to the work.

5. Able to operate equipment & tools within classification.

Pay: $25.32-$35.31 per hour
