**Trouw Nutrition** is seeking a full-time Production Operator for our Landmark plant.

**About The Role**:Our Production Operator produces pre-mix animal nutrition products, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operates machinery and computer systems to produce animal feed
- Ensures timely processing and on-time delivery of orders that meet quality standards
- Ensures accuracy of feed formulation by planning and following production guidelines
- Monitors product for quality via testing procedures
- Contributes to the implementation of our continuous improvement plan
- Accurately documents production to meet Food Safety Requirements
- Keeps plant environment clean, organized and safe

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a Feed Mill or manufacturing environment preferred
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Basic computer skills / machinery operation / machine maintenance abilities
- Coachable and curious
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Able to work at heights
- Capable of physical lifting (up to 25kg) repetitively
- Shift work required (M-F: 6AM - 2PM / 2PM - 10PM, biweekly rotation)
- Ability to work statutory holidays and weekends when needed
