L’équipe de santé familiale académique Montfort est un groupe dynamique, formé de médecins et autres professionnels de la santé. Notre vision est de « maintenir et améliorer la santé de nos patients en offrant les soins compréhensifs et intégrés en français et en anglais, et aussi d’éduquer les médecins francophones de l’avenir ».

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne indépendante et motivée afin d’occuper un poste de Placeur de patients.

**RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS**:
Le Placeur de patients fournira un soutien opérationnel aux membres de l’Équipe de santé familiale afin d’assurer que les patients reçoivent une qualité optimale de soins. La tâche principale du placeur est d’accompagner les patients de la salle d’attente à la salle d’examen et de prendre certains signes vitaux avant la visite clinique.

**COMPÉTENCES EXIGÉES**
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, sans supervision
- Habileté à marcher pour une période cumulative de 6 heures
- Compétences informatiques raisonnables
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles
- Capacité de communiquer couramment, verbalement et par écrit, **en français et en anglais**

**SALAIRE**:
Le titulaire sera rémunéré selon un taux horaire d’entre $17,83 à $20,15

**Patient Usher (full time)**

The Montfort Academic Family Health Team is a dynamic group of physicians, nurses and other health professionals whose vision is to “maintain and improve the health of our patients by providing comprehensive and integrated care in both French and English, and to educate the francophone primary care physicians of the future”.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to fulfill the position of Patient Usher within its interdisciplinary team.

The Patient Usher offers operational support to the Family Health Team members in order to provide quality healthcare services. The primary task of the Patient Usher is to accompany patients from the waiting area to the exam rooms, and to take certain vital signs before the clinical appointment.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Able to work alone without supervision
- Able to walk for cumulative period of 6 hours
- Reasonable computer proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to communicate fluently, verbally and in writing, in both **French and English**

**SALARY**:
The incumbent will be remunerated at an hourly rate ranging between $17.83 and $20.15

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.83-$20.15 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
