**Job Summary**:
Operate and maintain rubber milling machines to process raw rubber compounds into sheets or strips according to production specifications. Ensure consistent product quality and safe operation in compliance with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor rubber milling machines to mix and refine rubber compounds.
- Adjust mill settings such as temperature, roll gaps, and speed to achieve desired consistency.
- Feed raw materials into the mill and remove processed rubber sheets safely and efficiently.
- Inspect materials during and after milling to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times.
- Record production data including batch numbers, material types, and output quantities.
- Collaborate with the mixing and production teams to ensure continuous workflow.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience operating rubber milling or mixing machines preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of rubber processing.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting during shifts.
- Commitment to safety and product quality.

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour
