AGM Renovations is looking for you As one of the fastest-growing renovation companies in Canada and USA, we are seeking a Marketing Ambassador to join our team for an upcoming open house sales campaign.

**Open House rep responsibilities**:

- Distribute open house posters in nearby residential areas close to the former clients' homes one week prior to the event, specifically on Mondays. Additionally, verify on Wednesdays that the posters are still in place and have not been taken down.
- Participate in open house events for AGM's completed projects and actively engage with potential clients who are neighbors of our former clients.
- Promote AGM's services during open house events to secure appointments on the spot

**Open House reps
- Required Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that open houses will not be conducted during long weekends.
- Capability to distribute open house posters in residential areas near the former clients' homes one week prior to the event, on Mondays. Additionally, verifying on Wednesdays that the posters remain intact and have not been removed.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is required

**Open House Rep Commission structure**:

- Basement: $1,500 per signed contract.
- Bathroom or Kitchen: $1,000 per signed contract.
- Roofing: $500 per signed contract.
- Flooring or Paint (minimum 1 floor level): $500 per signed contract.
- Invoice can be submitted once the TWT takes place
- An allowance of $50 per event is allocated for gas expenses incurred during the distribution of posters on Mondays and Wednesdays prior to each open house event
