The Sales Representative at RZH Canada Ltd is responsible to develop long lasting relationship with current and new greenhouse vegetables customers located in the Ontario territory. The primary focus is on sales, customer support and later stages of product development. Additionally, this individual will need to collaborate closely with Rijk Zwaan Canada staff to help develop and sustain the greenhouse vegetable market in the territory.

We are looking for the following attributes for Sales Representative role:
*BSc, or higher in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, or related field

*5 years or more experience in the greenhouse vegetable industry

*Strong communication skills

*Strong relationship and organizational skills

*Team player

*Highly motivated to produce with little supervision

*strong technical or sales knowledge in the greenhouse vegetable field

*Preferably resides in Chatham, Windsor, or Essex county

*Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
