**The Role**:

- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and managing all proposal activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely submission.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and consistency.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure that all proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to proposal team members.
- Hold some decision-making authority regarding proposal strategies, resource allocation, and final content.
- Make critical decisions to ensure the proposal aligns with the company's goals and client needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the engineering consulting industry.
- Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management skills and the ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
