**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
- Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail store environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures is essential.
- Experience in merchandising and stocking practices is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction is highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
