Recreation Staff

The Recreation Staff is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of activities and events for guests at the resort. The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Plan and organize daily activities and events for guests, including games, sports, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and responding to requests and feedback.
- Maintain equipment and supplies needed for activities and events, ensuring they are in good working order and readily available for use.
- Supervise and assist with the setup and cleanup of activities and events.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests during activities and events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Keep detailed records and reports on attendance, participation, and feedback from guests.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of activities and events, and make recommendations for improvements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding is preferred but not required
