We are looking for a highly spirited individual for the position of Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year in Food Service.
- Open availability required; specifically, weekends, evenings
- Must possess a positive attitude, can multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- A CHAMPION in customer service/interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibility:

- Oversees daily operations of the restaurant
- Should demonstrate engaging leadership abilities
- Committed in delivering the highest standards on food, service, and cleanliness
- Handles customer feedback/complaints in an efficient and respectful manner
- Create and maintain an enjoyable, healthy, and safe workplace for everyone
- Responsible for Assisting the team in sales forecasting, ordering, and scheduling
- Employee Scheduling input
- Understanding and Management of Food Cost and Labor Cost
- Training and coaching of staff

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N1R 6B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality and Food Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
