**Who is Consumer Genius ("CGI")?** **_Recently Awarded the 15th Fastest Growing Company in Canada by Globe & Mail and Report on Business TV, and awarded the FASTEST GROWING COMPANY IN ALBERTA FOR 2021._** If you are looking for a career and not a job and see yourself in an environment that is ever - changing and ever-growing, we are looking for you We are seeking a talented professional who is Excellent at **Customer Service and Call Center Sales **We are looking for someone who is motivated and driven by goals, excels at the customer experience, and takes initiative when the opportunity arises. **The Opportunity** As a Call Center Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries from our business customers looking to work with our firm. **What You Will be Doing** - Cold calling - Call outreach - Following Up - Qualifying - Data Entry - Data Collection - Setting Appointments - Answering client questions **Required Education, Skills and Qualifications** Strong team player with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills and the ability to develop - Excellent customer service - Excellent Telephone skills - Strong Objection Handling Skills - Sales Skills - Ability to work under mínimal supervision with a proven track record of reliability - Strong customer service and sales focus - Highly positive attitude with a desire to affect change - Willingness to learn and be open to feedback - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written - Ability to lead by example and promote teamwork and collaboration - A clear criminal background check will be required **Salary**: $15.00-$28.75 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Extended health care Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (preferred) - Call center: 3 years (preferred) - Cold calling: 3 years (preferred)
