Inside Sales Representative

**Who You Are**:
You are an exceptional Inside Sales Professional who has extensive experience in selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
Your mission at SEGO is to take the tools and processes that we currently have and use them to make our customers experience world class. You use your time effectively and efficiently and concentrate your efforts on the more important priorities. You are able to get more done in less time than others and can attend to a broader range of activities.
**About the Role**:
- Inside sales; provides technical support and order entry
- Fill orders accurately and efficiently, arrange shipping and complete paper trails
- Work with management, sales and purchasing team members to successfully develop product knowledge and capability to enhance sales.
- Communicating with customers to gain feedback on open quotations
- Pursue new business opportunities in line with the Branch’s strategic corporate objectives in conjunction with the Sales Team at existing and prospective customers.
- Adopt a flexible approach to workload and assume new responsibilities where appropriate
- Participate in product seminars, conventions, meetings, etc., as required
- Work with customers including dealers, contractors, commercial and industrial accounts
- Develop a strong knowledge of pumps and fluid dynamics, an excellent knowledge of water and waste-water systems, water works, mechanical, industrial water treatment and plumbing-related products
- Be prepared to assist in any other duties as may be required.
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and a demonstrated success in meeting sales goals specifically in the supply of pumps, pump packages, parts, instrumentation, and control equipment
- High school diploma required; Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of pump control products, including but not limited to wiring devices, circuit breakers, variable speed drive solutions, and electrical control systems an asset
- Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations an asset.
Pay: $24.72-$26.44 per hour

**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
