- **Compugen is seeking a Project Functional Technical Lead**

**Position Specific Requirement(s)**
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Online / CRM Portal development.
- Intermediate knowledgeable of the following of the technologies: Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate flows SSRS, SQL, C# /.Net, X++;
- Ability to implementing Dynamics CRM Master Data Model using Azure Logic Apps.
- Advance knowledge of Plug-in development (C#); experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Advance knowledge with system configuration using built in features and tools: business processes, business rules, workflows, actions, calculated fields, etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, Web Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
- Ability to work with the Dynamics 365 technology stack, including C#, Plugins, Web Resources, Canvas/Model Apps, Cloud Flows, and Azure Functions/App Insights.
- Intermediate knowledge of Dynamics 365 DevOps strategies and deployment methodologies.
- Advance knowledge of AL language and development environment (VSCode, DevOps, Git).
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell.
- Ability to develop, deploy, customize and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Advance knowledge of and ability to implement business workflows and processes.

**Project and Technical Leadership**
- Leads team in developing new systems and enhancing existing systems.
- Resolves issues related to service requests.
- Utilizes project management tools (Azure DevOps) to monitor and review project personnel and activities.
- Conducts regular meetings with user contacts.
- Develops and enforces policies, standards and procedures for work done within the department, including work orders, change requests, incidents, problem tickets, and work intake items.
- Liaises and communicates with supervisors, Client’s management, and other project teams to co-ordinate efforts.
- Provides technical support for new development, complex problems at the system level, changes to tools and technology, technical upgrades, and special initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Diploma in Computer Programming, Computer Science or related IT discipline.

**Experience**:

- Six years of progressive systems analysis and design experience, including:

- Three years of programming/design experience in the a[pplicable domain/area.
- Two years supporting enterprise packages.
- Two years in a project planning and /or technical leadership capacity
