Private School is seeking to start a Montessori Program for students aged 3-6 years of age and is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare through the Montessori educational approach. Our mission is to nurture children's natural curiosity and foster a love for learning in a supportive environment.
**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead our Montessori program located in an esteemed Private School. The Director will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience, ensuring high standards of care and education while aligning with our mission and values.

This role will start with a dual role of being the Montessori Directress and Director until enrollment reaches a point where additional teachers can support the program. This program will include half day and full day opportunities for students.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school's mission
- Lead and manage staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
- Build relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Monitor student progress and implement improvements as needed
- Promote a positive school culture that supports student growth.
