**What you will do**:

- Meet and greet service customers and provide customers.
- Purchase appraisals.
- Manage outgoing calls and leads and respond to lead inquiries.
- Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Generate and maximize purchase appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as required.
