Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.55-$24.27 per hour
