**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Regularly visit potential and existing clients to establish and strengthen business relationships.
- Perform detailed assessments of client sites, provide comprehensive demonstrations, and propose custom flooring and renovation solutions.
- Drive sales numbers by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Initiate and cultivate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitive behaviors to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Drive to client locations as required, manage schedules and appointments effectively.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that post-sale support is being managed effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record as a Field Sales Representative with tangible success in direct sales.
- Strong motivation and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- High level of independence, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from client sites.
- Ability to navigate various technologies including CRM software, data entry systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Flexibility to travel as needed within the assigned territory, potentially including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
