**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our animal patients while assisting veterinarians in various clinical procedures. Your expertise in laboratory techniques and animal handling will contribute significantly to the well-being of our furry clients and the overall efficiency of our practice.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and fecal examinations.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health during procedures and recovery.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting treatments and observations.
- Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures for their animals.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including equipment sterilization and inventory management.
- Provide compassionate care to animals during their visits, helping to alleviate stress for both pets and their owners.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of an accredited Veterinary Technician program is preferred.
- Certification or licensure as a Veterinary Technician is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting is advantageous.
- Strong laboratory skills with proficiency in conducting diagnostic tests.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
