**Position Overview**:
As a Sales & Operation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. This fast-paced position requires someone who is adaptable, efficient, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities. You'll be assisting with sales tasks, managing warehouse operations, supporting the broader operational team, and performing general administrative duties. If you're looking for a job that keeps you on your toes, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales/ Administrative Assistance**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Prepare sales orders, quotes, and customer documentation.
- Handle data entry, file management, reports, and general office duties.
- **Operation & Warehouse Support**:

- Oversee inventory management and stock organization.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure efficient workflows and processes.
- Help track orders and resolve any logístical issues.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing operational systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, warehouse operations, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic warehouse management software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
