**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate management plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary, ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Oscar Pro for data collection and patient management.
- Engage in pain management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving healthcare practices and patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance on home care options for patients requiring additional support outside the clinical setting.

**Experience**
- A valid medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine is required.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Oscar Pro is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in pain management or home care services will be considered an asset.
