The Northern Alberta YMCA is looking for a Night Cleaner/Facility Attendant to complete high quality cleaning and general maintenance to their assigned facility. This position requires flexible availability, which may include evenings and weekends.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and locker rooms, at all times by complete necessary duties
- Perform general maintenance duties or log requirements in the Communication Binder
- Inspect and monitor equipment daily and complete any maintenance and cleaning checklist duties. Inform the supervisor, manager on duty or building maintenance if repairs are needed
- Present strong customer service skills when interacting with members of the Centre
- Comply with standards and practices to meet all local and provincial codes as well as YMCA established practices
- Perform general maintenance duties or log requirements in the Communication Binder
- Follow the audit process for service quality assurance
- Assist with inventory management
- Develop and maintain business relationships with contractors and vendors

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous cleaning and/or janitorial experience is an asset
- Flexible schedule
- First Aid and CPR-C is an asset
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Able to obtain a Police Information Check and Vulnerable sector check
