At **Advance Signs & Awnings**, we specialize in **signs, awnings, and custom design solutions** for businesses and homes. No prior industry experience? **No problem We provide full training.**

**Compensation**: Base salary **+ commission** - the better you learn, the more you earn
**Company Vehicle Provided** for client visits

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to daily sales activities and develop new sales opportunities
- Meet with clients **in-person and over the phone** to understand their needs
- Build relationships with **new and existing** clients
- Research business opportunities and generate estimates using our CRM software
- Learn about our **products, design industry, and business trends**:

- Guide clients in choosing the right solutions for their needs
- Follow projects from **start to finish**, keeping clients updated
- Take **accurate measurements** using a measuring tape
- Drive to client locations with the **company-provided vehicle**:

- Present catalogs, discuss client needs, and take detailed notes
- Hand out brochures and business cards to local businesses
- Participate in **tradeshows, sales meetings, and industry events**:

- Occasionally travel within **Manitoba and surrounding areas**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in sales and customer service**:

- Strong **time management** and ability to **multi-task**:

- **Excellent communication** skills (verbal & written)
- **Keen attention to detail** and organization
- Ability to **work under pressure and meet tight deadlines**:

- Professional communication with **all levels of staff and clients**:

- **Valid Class 5 Driver’s License**
