**L&D Apprenticeship Apprentice**:

We have a new Apprentice L&D Administrator vacancy which is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to start a career within Learning & Development.

**Key activities**
- To achieve successful completion of the apprenticeship programme within the outlined duration. Pass all assignments and openly share progress with L&D Manager
- Setting up course events at head office and external locations, ensuring that events run smoothly. With a focus on printing, AV equipment, catering, room set-ups, helpdesk arrangements and meeting visitors
- Supporting the ‘Digital’ L&D administrator, administering learning platforms and posting digital content
- Liaising with L&D team regarding operational requirements. Researching, co-ordinating and administering courses, liaising with external suppliers and in-house trainers, ensuring the economical use of all resources
- Administering the Resource Link training database and other systems, ensuring data is entered accurately and certification produced and distributed
- Chasing course attendance, maintaining records and providing monthly reports and other statistical information as required
- Publicising training events and acting as the point of contact for all delegates, trainers and suppliers by managing the L&D inbox, telephone and ad hoc face to face queries
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and deal with associated queries
- Capturing data such as training needs and course evaluation for interpretation by L&D Management
- Carrying out any specific tasks and project work designated by the Senior L&D Manager
- Occasional UK travel to support residential programmes or onsite initiatives will be required

**Skills, qualifications & experience**:

- Need to have good IT skills
- Need to have experience using MS Office
- Possess good communication skills
- Need to have a flexible approach and be willing to learn
- GCSE C grade or above
