**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Help place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure parts are received on time as per schedule
- Help monitor and confirm the delivery of parts to production in close collaboration with internal partner functions
- Interact with various multi-disciplinary team (logistics
- line, Programs, Finance, Production, Quality)
- Help manage inventory levels
- Support Buyers with clearing documentation discrepancies
- Help manage activities of non-conforming materials to meet schedule
- Participate in improvement projects (cost reductions, inventory manufacturing improvements etc.)
- Support program management by participating in program reviews and by providing the information related to any changes in schedule

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You possess a strong sense of ethics and are customer focused
- You have excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
- You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written)

- Location: Dorval Plant 3
- Duration: 8 months
- Virtual or on site
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
