We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Repair Technician with expertise in SMT and SMD technologies to join our team. As an Electronics Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in the repair and maintenance of electronic devices, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic devices with SMT and SMD components.
- Conduct rework and soldering of SMD components, ensuring precise and reliable connections.
- Utilize testing equipment and tools to verify the functionality of repaired devices.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret schematics and assembly drawings.
- Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures in all repair processes.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and provide reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711/7721 certification preferred.
- Proficient in SMT and SMD soldering techniques.
- Experience with reflow ovens, soldering irons, and inspection microscopes.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and schematic interpretation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
