Part Time Evening Cleaner

We are a reputable local cleaning company that provides high-quality services to various clients in the area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy person to join our team and help us keep our clients’ premises clean and tidy. **Days**:Monday to Friday **Shift**:5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (flexible start time after 5pm) **Rate**:$17.25/hr; increase after probationary period This job is located in the south end of Kingston near the Days Road/Front Road area. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Sweep, dust, mop and vacuum - Service, clean and supply restrooms and lunchrooms - Clean labs, shop areas - Trash pick-up and removal to an on-site dumping area - Perform other related duties as directed **Qualifications**: - Some experience with knowledge of cleaning solutions and janitorial equipment. - Able to bend, stoop and reach. - Organize work and follow cleaning schedules. **Requirements**: - Must be able to obtain a clean criminal background check. - Must live in (or near) the Kingston area - Be physically fit - walking, bending, crouching, reaching - Must be very reliable and work full scheduled shift - Steel toed footwear required "Glacier Maintenance Inc. values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer committed the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act." **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.25 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule: - 4 hour shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence and vehicle (required) Work Location: In person
