The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining marketing campaigns relating to our products, gathering feedback from consumers. You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content on all local social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. In order to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for establishing and monitoring the overall marketing strategies. - Collecting and analyzing feedback and data from social media platforms and formulating marketing targets and strategies. - Responsible for producing and creating high-quality content, including directing, shooting, screenwriting, and managing pre-shooting and post-production processes. - Responsible for uploading posts, photos, short videos, and other marketing-related products on social media platforms. **Qualification**: - Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies, Marketing, or related areas. - A minimum of 1 year of short video shooting, directing, editing or related experience is preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Knowledge and understanding of editing, directing short videos on various social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tiktok, Wechat, Facebook, YouTube, etc. - Be keen on the short video industry and have extended experience and knowledge of a variety of short video platforms. - Have a strong sensitivity to hot events and understand the user characteristics, user preferences, and the characteristics of major short video platforms. - Have a solid technical foundation for post-production, be able to complete post-production video editing, be familiar with audio editing and synthesis software, and perform overall packaging and embellishment of videos. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator will be an asset. - Have a certain level of writing, planning, and directing skills, be able to guide video shooting and script design, and be proactive and innovative. - Mandarin is highly preferable.
