**Brand Leader**
Pacific Poke is a fast casual franchise with 9 locations spanning Vancouver to Calgary. With multiple store openings coming in the next year we are looking for a Brand Leader to drive Pacific Poke through its next expansion stage.
The Brand Leader will work as the main decision maker within the business reporting only to Pacific Poke ownership. This person must be an experienced and dynamic leader who can define a compelling vision that inspires others and has their team and franchise partners bringing their best work each day. This person must demonstrate passion, innovation, planning, and inclusivity they are the true ambassador for Pacific Poke.
Pacific Poke grew from 1 location on Main Street in Vancouver to 9 locations today. The brand grew from staying true to its core values:

What we are looking for from a Brand Leader:
- Be responsible for building the next 1,2,5 year plan of where the Pacific Poke business will be
- Be accountable and hold your team accountable for achieving brand goals.
- Be responsible for each individual Franchise Restaurants and its performance.
- Facilitates the development of all departments and provides support to the key individuals within the company.
- Recruit, hire and retain a world class team to assist in the growth of the brand
- Manage over the new store open process
- Work with Franchise Development team on Real Estate and Development strategy.
- Maintain and secure brand supply chain
- Recommend, advocate, influence, and drive standards and guidelines for adopting and implementing Pacific Poke standards
- Enhance Pacific Poke revenue through menu development, pricing strategy, and marketing techniques.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with all Franchise Partners, suppliers, team members and guests of our business.
- Planning budget and P&L management of the business support optimal financial achievement
- Managing and developing and implementing new technology to enhance the business.
Industry Experience
- Industry Experience. This executive will have 10+ years of progressive professional experience in a highly creative product development multi-unit environment, including kitchen management/culinary experience—restaurant Ops and systems knowledge.
- Proven track record of leading innovation and product development, including the successful launch of new products or concepts that set trends rather than follow them. A solid understanding of competitive food and beverage trends is required.
Strategic Development
- Strategic Development. Proven ability to create, implement and execute brand strategy through new products. Must have proven project management and experience with vendor and product commercialization (spec writing, product scaling, etc.).
Consumer/Strategy
- Consumer/Strategy. Demonstrates knowledge of current consumer behaviour and industry trends
- Financial Acumen. Complete understanding of food cost variables and cost control methods to support optimal product margins.
Team Leadership
- Team Leadership. Hands-on leadership of diverse teams focused on strategy and execution. Ability to identify, recruit and retain strong talent: experience motivating teams and building consensus with clear objectives.

**Compensation**
- $90,000-$120,000 Base Salary
- Bonus on store opens and financial goals being meet and achieved
- Car Allowance, Cell Phone, and Full Benefits Provided
